Problem
They never actually tried the Facebook ads for property selling to begin with,
Solution
We started with warming up the ad account and creating a little bit of brand awareness, Since the page was new, We don’t want to get started with the ads on the 1st day. That’s why for 2 – 3 weeks, We continuously posted and invited people to follow the page from the friend list of the client.
After 2 weeks, We started with the process. First was deciding the budget then we allocated that budget into prospecting and retargeting, Since the pixel & ad account was new we decided we will spend 85% of our budget into prospecting & 15% into retargeting.
Now time for some creative strategy, We started out with competitive cresative analysis and used our tested and proven framework for this part. Now once done with creative part our main goal was to get them some win from the start of the gate. So we decided just go broad with the interest and only used GEO targeting for the TOFU Testing part.
First was not looking good because for some reason Facebook decided to higher the CPM on one our creatives, We shut those down with the higher CPM and kept going with the lower CPM and after 1 Month of relentless testing, We have gotten our first winner, We scaled that with CBO and started to get more results.
